Location is prime.Just off the highway. Complimentary Breakfast is fulsome and serve wide variety. Well maintained swimming pool. Good eating Joints within 2 km from this resort. Grand lobby space and ample parking.

The property is at a very good location, nice rooms and clean swimming pool. The services are good and the staff is always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty with limited options but good food quality. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thanks to Mr. Sharad he provided us mountain view balcony room. I could advise to book directly from the number mentioned in the website rather than any 3rd party online sites.

The service was hotel was excellent and the entire staff was well mannered and cooperative. Food quality, care of an senior citizens was well taken into consideration. Thank u.... Each and every one. We will surely recommend this hotel to our guests.

Room service was too slow means If you want something you need to ask them 1-2 hours prior. Food tasted average. Room which were shown in there catalog and what we got in reality was Having a huge differences. Hotel needs to be renovated as it’s too old from inside.

It is a pleasant experience staying here with mayur retreat. This hotel is having best service for room as well as at food corner. We have met very co-operative person having post as Captain in F&B department named Mr. Ram Sen. He attended our Every request so kindly. I have a great time here at lonavala. One must visit this place once for best service of hotel. Thank you everyone for making thi stay so wonderful specially Mr Ram Sen.

My recent visit turned out to be memorable , the room had the right ambiance that you feel warm and comfortable , food and breakfast are best part of stay , I would prefer to again stay with food opted for , the memorable aspect of the visit was the help I received from the staff on 6th December 2023 morning service desk , Thanks and gratitude
